Susan talks about the importance of showing up! The in-person experience of connecting with others is vital to our health and way more fun. Whether with your work or in your social space, being face to face with people will always present opportunity that can’t be found through digital means. This is not to say those tools don’t provide convenience, but the importance of human connection offers us to use all parts and senses, and adds value in ways that often changes the trajectory of our lives. From thinking, dreaming, creating, and being, when we open ourselves up to have contact with others, it can shape us in ways we hadn’t even considered.
