If repetition allows one to master a skill or concept, imagine what the outcome of negative reinforcement can do to a young person who is just trying to make sense of themselves and the world around them. We are all doing the best we can to create a good life. Some of us did not have good role models growing up, and even worse may have been given the wrong messaging about our worth as a person. Susan sits down with Eliot Popkin to talk about how unraveling that false truth can take so long to do, but it's worth the time required to be free!
