There is nothing like a traumatic life event to crack open all parts of our being. Susan chats with Jolyn Armstrong about the sudden call she got one day that her son was arrested. In that moment, her life was forever changed as her son faced incarceration. Jolyn didn’t just survive that experience, she was determined to thrive, and has since created GrapeVine Mindware, a trauma-focused coaching program for those who find themselves in a similar crisis, unable to cope, and in need of resources.
